Customer Credit Application
We work with a panel of lender and lessors (the "Lender") with demonstrated appetite for extending customer credit on new and nearly-new vehicles.
Lenders use this standard form to determine your customer's suitability for finance however, should you have an alternative form of credit application reflecting all of the required information, we will be glad to accept it on the Lender's behalf. The decision as to whether or not your customer is approved for credit will be made by the Lender.
The Lender will check your customer's details with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies (the "Agencies") and the Agencies will record the check.
You must ensure that you have your customer's agreement for the Lender to submit your customer's information to the Agencies.
The Agencies will provide the Lender with public information about your customer and any third parties financially linked to your customer. Such information could include county court judgements and bankruptcies, electoral register and fraud prevention information on your customer and their financial associates, and current and previous names, addresses and dates of birth. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may also access and use this information.
Your customer should not commit to a finance agreement unless they are confident that they can afford the payments for the whole of the term of the agreement.
After completing the appropriate application form, please ensure that you read and agree to the Customer Declaration and Data Protection Act notice before submitting the application.
It is important that you complete all questions to enable us to process your application quickly.
